Skin Smoothie...

Yesterday I was playing around in the kitchen and I started adding fruits and veggies into the vita-mix and came up with this yummy concoction and I'm pleased and quite proud that my kids actually drank it too. 1 golden beet 1 red beet 1 granny smith apple 1 pink lady apple 1 large leaf of Swiss chard 2 stalks of celery handful of Italian parsley handful of baby carrots frozen cherries pineapple juice unsweetened cranberry juice Blended and guzzled.
